Additional Vocabulary words
1. Cursor / Pointer •A special symbol, usually a solid rectangle or a blinking underline character, that signifies where the next character will be displayed on the screen.
2. Drag •The moving of an icon or other image on a display screen.
3. Screen / Monitor •The monitor includes the entire box that contains the display screen
4.Keys / Keyboard •The set of typewriter-like keys that enables you to enter data into a computer. Each button on a keyboard is called a key.
5.Select •To choose an object so that you can manipulate it in some way.
6.Space bar •This is a key on a keyboard in the form of a horizontal bar in the lowermost row, significantly wider than other keys. Its main purpose is to conveniently enter the space.
7.Caps Lock •A toggle key on computer keyboards that, when activated, causes all subsequent alphabetic characters to be uppercase, but has no effect on other keys.
8. Print / Printer •A printer is a peripheral (device) which produces a text and/or graphics of documents stored in electronic form, .
